About Your Coach
Paula Kirsch, MSW, CST
Hey, I am Paula Kirsch, a Master Clinical Social Worker, and an IBOSP Certified Sex Therapist. I’ve helped countless couples and individuals find connection and sexual intimacy in their lives as a psychotherapist. I am bringing those skills into the coaching arena at Paula Kirsch Coaching to help more people.
Coaching does not pathologize your issues. You do not receive any kind of diagnosis and no nosy insurance companies are keeping records on your mental health or our sessions. Coaching is forward-looking! It’s about helping you create the life you want and the relationships you desire.
Because coaching is not regulated through state licensing I can work with you wherever you are in the world! I meet with my coaching clients via HIPAA-Compliant Zoom sessions. The same safe, confidential Zoom platform I meet my therapy clients on. And I abide by the same ethical standards that I do as a Clinical Social Worker.
Because of my training as a Clinical Social Worker and IBOSP Certified Sex Therapist, you are dealing with a trained professional as your coach. I have years of experience and education (and ongoing education) as a professional therapist with a specialty in sex therapy.
I practice sex-positive, kink-affirming, and LGBTQ-affirming coaching. I support people in every flavor of intimacy!
I am passionate about helping people have richer, more rewarding lives. Coaching enables me to reach folks all over the world and that is important to me because I know there are not enough good resources out there for people interested in ethical non-monogamy (ENM/CNM), KINK, BDSM, or for Queer folx.
Book your 1st session here! In that session we will explore your goals, values and hopes for your one precious life! Start your journey to achieve your the life of your dreams!

MY MISSION:
Is to create a container, to hold a safe space so you can do the work of healing and moving forward
To honor who you are, and what your experience is without judgment or labeling
To listen to your story and help you envision and implement changes so that it better serves you
I BELIEVE:
You deserve to have your concerns, disappointments and pain heard, so you can begin to heal
Systemic structures in society can be oppressive to sexual minorities, affecting how we show up in intimate relationships
Your intimate relationships may offer the opportunity for healing
